In 1992, a 60-year-old man, Mr.Liu, after having a thriving and stable career in education for over 40 years, determine to step into a field that is unknown to him. He’s fearless and full of innovative ideas. He decided to bring all five children to work with him and spend all his savings which is 40,000 CNY on this new adventure. Starting a business is tough, 3 used equipment and a shabby 300 m² workshop is all they had to work with.

In the early days of Jinhuan, Mr.Liu showed great interest and passion in technological innovation, he spent huge amount of time on research and development and the hard work had certainly paid off. In 1995, a breakthrough innovation was developed - the first automated flip off cap assembly machine and tools were made in-house at Jinhuan, and many new and updated models were made thereafter.  Jinhuan remains the pioneer in the field due to its never-ending quest for innovation.

In 1996, Jinhuan has purchased land and build workshops according to GMP guidelines. The move to this location was concluded in 1998 and the company officially changed its name to “Jinhuan”. The word “Jinhuan” symbolizes quality is the gold standard and every step of the way needs to be meticulous to perfection. These two words will actively encourage Jinhuan to continuously provide high-quality sealing solutions to our customers.

Jinhuan is not just a company, it is also a school to its employees. In the 90s, many of the employees left their rural hometown and looking for new opportunities in the big city like Shijiazhuang. They didn’t have the opportunity to pursue higher education, but they are full of passion and very hard-working. Mr.Liu had rich experience in the field of education, so he put his heart and soul into educating these young and eager employees. Not only did Mr.Liu teach them how to be a skillful worker, he also taught them profound life lessons and how to be a decent person. Some of these employees from the early days are now at the management position. Mr.Liu is proud to see Jinhuan’s employees are not only professional at their skills, but also filled with integrity and loyalty.

Jinhuan will carry on its tradition, work on enriching its training programs to build strong teams. Nowadays, regular weekly training are conducted, and the studying materials are functional and systematic. In 2002, Jinhuan had become Roche’s supplier and it didn’t come easy. Jinhuan spent three years on R&D to develop customized tools for Roche’s products, and this invention had received national patent. Jinhuan also upgraded and standardized its management systems, successfully became the first Chinese pharmaceutical packaging supplier to Roche. During more than twenty years of partnership with Roche, Jinhuan has provided premium quality products without complaint and has been awarded multiple times by Roche as best supplier.

Since Jinhuan became Roche’s global supplier, more and more leading multinational pharmaceutical companies recognized and approved Jinhuan as their global supplier.

In 2020, the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic wave had hit many countries globally. Many global and domestic pharmaceutical giants was investing heavily on the development of Covid-19 vaccines. Months later, a few domestic vaccines were approved. Colossal amount of vaccines were needed to be manufactured in a short amount of time and Jinhuan was ready to accept the challenge. Jinhuan purchased new equipment, tools and die, and remodeled workshop to increase production capacity to the max. During this pandemic, Jinhuan has manufactured 5 billion pieces of flip off caps in total for global and domestic Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers in a short amount of time. Jinhuan’s fast reaction time, on-time delivery and quality products received appraisals and gratitude from all customers. Now in the post-pandemic era, Jinhuan has consolidated its leading position in the industry due to its brilliant performance during the pandemic, and ready to partner with more international pharmaceutical companies.
